These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the MILBET Build Manager iPhone application (the “App”) published by MILBET SP Z O O, ul. Magnoliowa 29, 37-500 Jarosław, Poland (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
MILBET is an offline manager for construction and renovation projects: zones and measurements, work plan, material calculators, budget, procurement, progress photos, reminders and PDF/CSV reports. The App is free to use and contains no purchases, subscriptions or advertising.
2. Calculations are estimates
All calculations in MILBET are for planning and estimation purposes only. They are based on the values you enter and do not replace professional engineering assessment, building code compliance review or certified cost estimation. Actual material quantities, costs and timelines may differ. Always check quantities with your supplier and consult qualified professionals for construction decisions. Budgets and reports in the App are not official estimates, accounting or tax documents.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
4. Your data
Everything you enter is stored only on your device. You are responsible for the content you add, including information about your clients and sites, and for exporting reports you want to keep. There is no cloud backup: if the App is deleted, its data is lost.
5. Reminders
Reminders depend on your device settings and permissions. We cannot guarantee that every reminder is delivered on time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes. Do not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the App except where the law allows it.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that the App or its calculations will be error-free or fit for a particular project. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, material shortages or surpluses, cost overruns, delays or loss of data resulting from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its name, design and content belong to MILBET SP Z O O or its licensors. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
10. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
